By accessing and using CueVision, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
2. Hardware Requirements
CueVision is a software application designed to interface with specific third-party hardware (e.g., BLE IMU sensors). We are not responsible for the performance, accuracy, or warranty of third-party hardware. You are responsible for ensuring your hardware is compatible and functioning correctly.
3. Accuracy of Data
While we use advanced filtering and processing techniques, the telemetry data, 3D visualizations, and scores provided by CueVision are for recreational and training purposes only. They rely on the physical accuracy of your sensor and the precision of your calibration. We do not guarantee absolute scientific accuracy in competitive environments.
4. App Performance and Browsers
CueVision relies on modern Web APIs including Web Bluetooth and WebGL. It is designed to work on chromium-based browsers (Chrome, Edge). We do not guarantee functionality on unsupported browsers or legacy devices. We are not liable for data loss due to browser cache clearance or local storage limits.
5. Disclaimer of Liability
CueVision and its services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties. In no event shall CueVision, or its creators, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our application or from any hardware malfunctions.
